OneBody – Corrective Exercise

(Individual Sessions) 

This aspect of my work is influenced by my extensive studies with Gary Ward, founder of AiM, (Anatomy in Motion) and author of “What the Foot”, and Dr Emily Splichal, barefoot scientist, human movement specialist - EBFA (Evidence Based Fitness Academy, New York). By working with clients one-to-one, assessing their posture and analysing their gait, (walking) we can begin to restore lost movement to the body and resolve long term pain. Combining these methods to produce specific exercises for each client is hugely successful at introducing better movement patterns for the body and creating an environment where the body can ‘heal’ itself.
