How can I be sure to get the same class every week?

Please make sure you have booked your regular classes by the 1st of each month. (e.g to ensure you get your space in your regular Tuesday 7pm class for the month of July, you will need to book Tuesday 7pm every Tuesday in July by the 1st of July.)

What if I need to change a class due to a prior commitment?

After the 1st of each month, classes can be swapped – cancel the class you cannot attend first and then find a space on an alternative class.

How far in advance can I book classes?

The Pilates4Living/Mindbody booking system allows you to book classes up to 12 months in advance. If you decide to book months in advance, please only book your regular class, even if you know you will be to make changes in the future

How do I make the monthly online payments and is it secure?

Once you have inputted your debit or credit card details into the Mindbody booking system your details are encrypted to ensure the data is safe. The monthly payment is then automatically debited from your card on the same date each month. The Pilates4Living membership requires you to keep your bank details updated. Please remember to log in and enter your new card details before your card expires.

What is included in the Pilates @ The Place membership?

The membership includes one face-to-face class and access to the online Zoom class each week. Additional classes are available at no additional charge if you book an hour before the class starts. This means that you get more out of your membership and I don’t have empty spaces in my classes.

What happens if I am ill or on holiday and miss a week or two?

If you cannot attend a class, please cancel on the booking system up to an hour before the class starts. That way, if someone is looking to add an extra class, they can book the cancelled place. If you are ill or on holiday, you can double up and attend more than one class the week before or after with no time limit of when you can catch-up on the missed class.

How do I cancel my membership?

Obviously, I hope you will all want to continue coming to class forever, but if you decide to cancel your membership, please give one month’s notice and I will cancel it for you.

Holidays

Included in the annual calendar are 4 weeks during which there will be no classes. Two weeks at Christmas and two weeks tbc. Thus, enabling your hard-working instructor to have some much-needed downtime! A class video will be emailed to you during these ‘off-weeks’ to enable you to continue with your Pilates practice, so no excuses!!

Flexibility

The Pilates4Living/Mindbody booking system is flexible, easily accessible and user-friendly to enable clients to self-manage their class attendance. If life throws you a curve ball, you can simply switch to a different class or catch up with that class a week later, with no limit on how often or how far in advance you can do this. This works both ways, so when your instructor cannot be there in person, they will either send a very capable substitute teacher or, if no one is available, a video will be sent to you to do at home or you will be issued a catch-up credit, (an extra class to take at your convenience).
